We visited Ruby Tuesday at OP mall, Tsuen Wan, with 4 adults and 2 kids to celebrate the children’s birthdays. As members, we were entitled to 2 free kids’ meals, but unfortunately the restaurant mistakenly billed us for them. While the staff arranged a refund, it required us to return the next day, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the food quality was consistent with our past visits. We enjoyed onion rings, seafood risotto, Mexico pizza, and the New Zealand platter — all were satisfying and up to the usual standard. Overall, the dining experience was pleasant in terms of food, but the billing error and the need for a follow-up visit did affect the convenience of the celebration. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve its billing accuracy to make family occasions smoother in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
