I stopped by Rui Kitchen and accidentally ordered the wrong dish — I meant to get the #3 salmon bibimbap but ended up with #2 instead. Unfortunately, it was much sweeter than I expected and just not my taste. That said, the ingredients were fresh, and the dish was prepared well. I’d still like to come back and try the salmon bibimbap next time, since that was what I originally wanted. Sometimes it’s just a matter of ordering the right thing. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
