Happen to run into the owner purely by chance. The owner and his staff are among my favorites on Loi Kroh. Nice atmospheric bar with a welcoming and attentive staff. Also a great place to people watch. Highly recommend that that you do not skip Rumours! Price per person: ฿200–400 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just called the number Rumours has on Google Maps, to find out if they're open for the Superbowl, and the woman who answered said "No." I think it's the wrong number.
