An exceptional dining experience at Ryukyu Gastronomia ～Bellezza～—truly worth every penny. Each of the 9 courses artfully highlights the beauty of Okinawan ingredients, especially shellfish and seaweed, elevated through a refined Italian lens. The service was impeccable. Yoshi, Yuji, Yilin, and Kaneda created such a welcoming and memorable atmosphere with their attentiveness and deep knowledge of the cuisine. The wine pairing is an absolute must—it complements each course perfectly and elevates the entire experience. For anyone who doubts Okinawan food, this restaurant is the answer. A stunning introduction to the region’s flavors, executed at the highest level. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
