今回、沖縄で初めて5つ星ホテルの鉄板焼きを体験しました。 しかしながら、今回の対応については非常に残念に感じる点がありましたので、お伝えいたします。 まず、鉄板焼きを担当されていた、少し髭のある男性スタッフの接客態度についてです。 注文を取る際、私の椅子の背もたれに手を置いたまま対応されており、これは5つ星ホテルの接客として適切ではないと感じました。 また、27,000円のコースに加えて15％のサービス料も支払っておりますが、その水準のサービスを期待していただけに、今回の対応は非常に残念でした。 料理の説明についても、最初こそ説明をする姿勢が見られましたが、途中からはほとんど説明がなくなりました。 さらに、調理中に私の肩越しに突然手を伸ばしてくる場面もあり、終始どこか配慮に欠ける対応だと感じました。 5つ星ホテルを訪れる客は、基本的なマナーや接客の質について十分理解していると思います。 そのため、このような接客は非常に無礼に感じられました。 なお、その場で強く抗議することもできましたが、当日は妊娠中の妻と一緒だったため、食事の雰囲気を壊したくなく、直接の抗議は控えました。 今回の件について、ホテルとして事実関係をご確認のうえ、適切なご対応をご検討いただければ幸いです。 This was my first experience having teppanyaki at a five-star hotel in Okinawa. However, there were several aspects of the service that I found quite disappointing, and I would like to share them. First, regarding the service attitude of the male staff member with slight facial hair who was responsible for the teppanyaki station. When taking our order, he kept his hand resting on the back of my chair while speaking to us. I do not believe this is an appropriate manner of service for a five-star hotel. Additionally, we paid for a 27,000-yen course along with a 15% service charge, so we naturally expected service that reflects that level. For that reason, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Regarding the explanation of the dishes, at the beginning he appeared to explain the food, but as the meal progressed, there was almost no explanation at all. Furthermore, while cooking, there were moments when he suddenly reached his hand over my shoulder, which felt intrusive. Overall, the service seemed to lack consideration. Guests who visit five-star hotels generally understand basic manners and service standards. For that reason, this kind of behavior felt quite rude. I could have raised a complaint at the time, but I refrained from doing so because I was dining with my pregnant wife and did not want to disturb the atmosphere of the meal. I would appreciate it if the hotel could review the facts regarding this matter and consider taking appropriate action. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
