Had an amazing 16-course omakase at Ryuzu yesterday. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and delicious from start to finish. The standout dishes for me were the striped jack, which was incredibly fresh and flavourful, and the yuzu ice cream dessert, which was the perfect ending to the meal. What impressed me most was the consistency, there really wasn’t a single course I didn’t enjoy. The balance of flavours, quality of ingredients, and attention to detail made for a memorable dining experience. If you’re looking for a special omakase experience, Ryuzu is definitely worth a visit. This was my first time experiencing Ryuzu Omakase, and the food was very fresh, the chef was very friendly, the ambiance was elegant, and the music was soft and soothing. It was a wonderful and enjoyable dining experience for me. I ordered a set meal for 3500 baht, and the dishes were well worth the price. I was completely full after finishing my meal with dessert. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely return. Meal type: Dinner
