以前たら鍋を食べに行きました。期待以上のこのボリュームでこのお値段、味もとてもおいしかったです。またこのメニューやってくれたら嬉しいです！

SABAR Singapore 100 AM Mall, #03-14 100 Tras Street Singapore 079027 Location = Sabar is a Japanese eatery that is nestled on level 3 of 100AM mall, which is at Tanjong Pagar financial district. Nearest MRT station = Tanjong Pagar Mrt station. 100AM Mall is right next to Amara Hotel. Decor / Ambience *********************** The interior decor of Sabar features a warmly lit ambience. I see extensive use of light wood panelling & furniture. -- Dark blue booth seating is also available along the walls. Large paper Japanese lanterns called "Chochin" are used as overhead lighting fixtures. ️ Large graphic murals featuring fish motifs are also featured on the walls. Sabar lunch set SGD13.80 ********************************** Saba Shioyaki ( grilled mackeral) Shio = salt / yaki = to grill The grilled saba fish was nicely charred on the outside and moist on the inside, with its natural oils bringing out a rich & savoury flavour. ️ Lightly seasoned with salt, the fish tasted well balanced, without being overly salty or greasy. Served as a teishoku ( 定食) set, it paired well with the Japanese rice and sides, making the meal comforting and satisfying. Overall, this is a reasonably priced grilled mackerel lunch set that highlights the good quality of the fish. Service ************* The service staff were pleasant and attentive. ️ During lunch time, this space is filled with office workers looking for tasty and affordable priced lunch sets.
