The place is good and well organize but the direction is not very clear. Most restaurants are quiet. I realized that the parking fee is very expensive at most of the Safra that I visited. This drive the people to leave the place asap after their event. I pay $12+ for about 4hours. Spending 2 1/2 hours at bowling and early dinner at Swensen. I will not eat after my game, rather eat elsewhere.

We're glad you found the club well organised, though we're sorry to hear that the signage and parking experience affected your visit. Parking charges can be a concern for some visitors. If you're a SAFRA member, you may enjoy preferential parking rates by registering your vehicle IU through the SAFRA Mobile App, although activation may take a few days. The location is easy to access, and there are quite a lot of facilities inside, from swimming pool and gym to bowling, badminton and even food options. Parking and crowd can be a bit troublesome during peak hours, especially weekends. Some areas also feel like they can do with a bit of upgrading.

My husband and I come to Safra Toa Payoh from time to time as it's near our flat. We come here to eat at the restaurants here. History facts = Toa Payoh Safra was the first recreational centre to be built in Toa Payoh Lorong 6 area in 1972 for national servicemen for leisure/ social purposes. In June 2010, the old Safra complex was demolished to make way for a new one to be built. The newly revamped Safra opened in 2012 and was 3 times larger in size than the old Safra. As you can see from pics, our Toa Payoh Safra is large and spacious and has community halls, banquet halls, restaurants, cafes, a gym, swimming pool and a bowling alley.
