ステーキがめっちゃとろけて美味しい！焼き加減は7分をオススメされたけど、5分にしても美味しかった！サルサソース付きのイカの焼きも絶対頼むべき！イカが柔らかく、さらにわたの風味がとても濃く出てて、止まらないぐらい！サルサはなくても十分味がしっかりしてる（サルサは別に出るので問題なし）

A welcome alternative to many nights of HotPot, noodles and dumplings after 2 weeks of travel in Taiwan / Beijing. If you’re visiting from USA or Europe, this feels like a nice dining experience back home!! As we walked in, the whole staff (even the kitchen) welcomed us. A cozy dining room of 10 tables with seating for about 40 persons. Kitchen is “open” style and you can hear / watch the chefs preparing your excellent meal. We ordered the Mixed Greens salad (fresh crispy lettuce w perfect dressing), the Truffle Fries (nailed it) w a fun mustard/ketchup combo dip. We had the New Zealand Ribeye and the Short Rib steak - chefs nailed our requested Medium / Medium well - both came with Mashed potatoes and some veggies. Excellent. Added a couple Pasta and a Risotto. And the meal was perfect for the 4 of us. They refilled our water a dozen times. Very attentive. Changed our plates regularly. Amazing service.
