正直かなり残念でした。お酒を飲まない客に優しくなく、アルコールを頼まないなら時間あたりの追加料金みたいな扱いで、ホスピタリティを感じません。しかも店内にほぼ誰もいないのに席を詰めるよう言われて落ち着けませんでした。私たちは最初の客だったのに最初の料理が90分。空腹で待たされる上に、こちらの責任ではない形でチャージだけで2000円も無駄にした気分です。さらに後から座った他のお客さんの料理が30分ほどで出てきたので、なぜ私たちだけこうなるのか疑問でした。アルコールを頼まなかったカップルが私たちだけだったので、席チャージを増やすために意図的に待たされたのでは？と感じてしまうレベル。味も焦げの苦味が強く、普通以下で健康面でも不安。高評価レビューの人は本場のイタリア料理をあまり食べたことがないのではと思いました。信じられません。 Honestly, this was disappointing. The place felt unfriendly to non-drinkers, with an “order alcohol or pay extra per hour” vibe that killed the hospitality. Even though the restaurant was basically empty, we were told to squeeze our seating, which was uncomfortable. We were the first customers, yet our first dish took 90 minutes. We were starving, and it also felt like we wasted 2,000 yen on charges that weren’t really on us. What made it worse was seeing other people’s dishes come out about 30 minutes after they sat down, so I’m not sure why we had to wait so long. Since we were the only couple not ordering alcohol, it honestly felt like we were being made to wait to rack up more seat charges. Taste-wise it was below normal because of the burned parts—bitter, almost like charcoal, and it didn’t feel healthy. People giving high ratings may not have had much real Italian food. Unbelievable. Onestamente è stata un’esperienza deludente. Il locale sembra poco accogliente per chi non beve, con l’impressione di “o alcol o sovrapprezzo a ore”, e questo rovina subito l’atmosfera. Anche con il ristorante quasi vuoto ci è stato chiesto di stringere i posti. Eravamo i primi clienti e il primo piatto ha richiesto 90 minuti: aspettare affamati così a lungo è assurdo, e in più abbiamo sprecato 2.000 yen solo di addebiti che non sembravano dipendere da noi. La cosa più strana è che altri clienti hanno ricevuto i loro piatti circa 30 minuti dopo essersi seduti, quindi non capisco perché noi abbiamo dovuto aspettare così tanto. Poiché eravamo l’unica coppia a non ordinare alcol, la sensazione è stata quasi che ci facessero aspettare per aumentare i costi del posto a sedere. Il gusto è sotto la norma per via di molte parti bruciate, amare come carbone e poco salutari. Chi ha dato valutazioni altissime forse non ha molta familiarità con la vera cucina italiana. What a find! Clearly we were lucky to get in without a reservation. Food was wonderful, service was great, whole vibe was chill and cozy. We had the green onion and pepperoni options. I’m partial to wood fired style and this was light, flavorful, and perfectly done. Great balance of toppings. Overall, SAM woodfired is welcoming and delicious. We didn’t have drinks and found the seat fee entirely fair given the restrictions, it is clear from seating this is the case. All pricing is clear, pizza comes out quickly but in sequence due to the quick cook and need for attention. Highly recommend, a great start to our trip and a comfort after a long plane voyage.
