Disappointing experience. Despite being the only group in the restaurant, the service was incredibly disorganized. Meals arrived in 20-minute intervals, with some items forgotten, and our daughter's meal didn't arrive until 45 minutes after ordering. No proactive apology was offered; they only gave a small 110 THB discount on her dish after we raised the issue. The food was also quite basic for the price. The layout is also very odd—there are massage tables on one side of the 'indoor' section with no privacy curtains or separation from the dining area. It’s a strange atmosphere to be eating lunch next to someone being massaged. The Positives: This section of Bang Tao is much quieter than other parts of the beach, and the toilets are cleaner than other venues. Also, the young man serving drinks to the beach loungers was very friendly and helpful. Great for a quiet drink on the sand, but I'd skip the food.
