My recent dining experience at Second Floor Café Renai, also known as 貳樓仁愛店, was a delightful journey through flavors and ambiance, albeit with a few minor hiccups. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Korean fried chicken served with rice. The chicken was impeccably crispy on the outside while retaining juiciness within, paired with rice that packed a spicy punch, much to my delight. The atmosphere of the café added to the dining pleasure, offering a cozy and inviting environment perfect for both casual meet-ups and solo dining escapades. However, it's worth noting that the service, though friendly, was on the slower side. It didn't detract significantly from the overall experience but is something to keep in mind if you're pressed for time. Portion sizes were generous, ensuring that you leave satisfied and with a sense of value for the money spent. On the flip side, the AC or temperature control was set a bit too low for my comfort, making it slightly chilly during the meal. A minor adjustment there could enhance the comfort level significantly. Overall, the culinary offerings at Second Floor Café Renai are impressive, particularly the spicy Korean fried chicken with rice. Despite the slower service and the cooler dining environment, the quality and flavors of the food make it a place I eagerly anticipate returning to. Whether you're a spice aficionado or just in search of a hearty meal in a pleasant setting, Second Floor Café Renai is worth a visit.
