Fully customisable sauces and soups. Vinegar, fish sauce, 2 kinds of soy sauces, shoyu available. Would top this is they could provide oil. Veggies and herbs very fresh. Beef cuts marbled and fresh. Only drawback - people with long legs beware: if you are at one of the tables, the aluminium/steel table leg edges are sharp and if you aren't careful sliding out first then standing up you could hurt your shin! Definitely lab like with white lights. Nice easy listening music though. Service can be iffy depending on time of the day- but take it easy and you'll be fine.
