If you are tired of the frantic pace of "all-you-can-eat" buffets and want to focus on genuine food quality, SHABUGU at Greenpark Community Mall is the place to be. This branch, in particular, offers a much more relaxed and upscale atmosphere than its city-center counterparts. Quality You Can Taste: The standout feature here is the meat. Their Australian Beef and Marbled Beef (Lye-Hin-On) are exceptional—thinly sliced, incredibly fresh, and they practically melt in the hot broth. Unlike many other shops, the quality remains consistent every time you visit. I highly recommend the Black Sukiyaki soup; it has a deep, savory sweetness that pairs perfectly with their signature Ponzu and Sesame dipping sauces. If you like a kick, their Mala soup is surprisingly authentic and packs a punch without being overly oily. More Than Just Shabu: Don't sleep on the side dishes! Another review for Shabugu, different location from my previous post. My personal broth favorites are the tonkatsu ramen broth. My regular orders are the same, small veggie set and beef. Sauces taste great when you add the minced raw garlic (생마늘) with ponzu and the chopped Thai chilis with the sesame sauce Photo of receipts from various dining experiences attached for details on cost.
