First meal back in HK, so we tried this spot after looking at tiktok reviews. The space is really tiny but on a good time you can have a sit by the window. Recommend to takeaway instead. Had the Angus beef burger and it was well grilled with decent portions. However, wished the sauce had a abit of a kick to it. HALAL! We had a single Angus beef burger, upgraded to a combo with fries and soda. The bun is lightly toasted. The hand‑formed patty has a good sear and stays juicy. Cheese and house sauce tie in the pickles and onions, while tomato and lettuce add crunch and freshness. Fries are slim and crisp, not greasy. The chicken shawarma wrap is stuffed with chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions, and parsley. The chicken runs a bit dry, so extra sauce helps. We visited a hidden gem called SHADI Burger at 6 Mok Cheung Street in To Kwa Wan today. The shop is cozy, and the shopkeeper was super nice, telling us that all their food—including the burger patties—is homemade. I ordered the Double Angus Beef Burger ($95) and added the Fries & Drink set (+$30) with a Coke Zero. My partner went for the Shrimp Burger ($80). The total bill was just around $200, which is very reasonable for this quality. My beef burger was delicious. The patties are the thin style but still incredibly juicy. The seasoning had a nice pepper kick but wasn’t too strong, so the natural beef flavor really stood out. The bun was a bit on the soft side—I usually prefer bread with a more firm texture—but honestly, that’s just me being picky; the burger was still great. My partner’s Shrimp Burger was also a winner. It came with a tasty sauce that felt like a mild mustard (the menu says wasabi mayonnaise), which matched perfectly. The best part was the patty texture—the shrimp taste was strong and the meat was bouncy, not overcooked or rubbery like in some other shops. The normal fries were fair, but I honestly regretted it when I checked the menu later and saw they have Sweet Potato Fries ($45). I also noticed they serve a Lamb Burger ($90), which you rarely see in Hong Kong! We will surely revisit to try the lamb and the sweet potato fries next time. Highly recommended.
