It’s a real shame — both the dipping sauce and the broth fall short of what you’d hope for at this price. There’s only 1 kind of soy sauce and it’s a bit sweet. To my surprise there’s 沙茶醬, but it’s just not the same as what I had in Taiwan. To its credit, the seafood and meat selections are a clear highlight — fresh, premium, and definitely worth the price.
