Matcha place hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Central Bangkok. Tasty, flavourful Matcha with a rich selection of matcha taste profiles to choose from. The selections are also ranked based on beginner-friendliness, which is good for those new to drinking Matcha. With the recent trend of new Matcha cafes popping up all over Bangkok, Shinji Matcha still manages to stand out from the rest in terms of its authenticity and balance of its Matcha taste. I highly recommend shinji zero from their clear latte selection. Matcha like this is the reason why I wish we can cool the drink down without ice, as the ice dilutes the taste over time but I really hope to drink it forever. There are also oat milk option available. Parking can be plentiful, or it can be difficult to find as it is a public parking area open to anyone from the adjacent apartment's residents to the patrons of the shophouses. Seating wise, there seems to be two levels of seating but I never visited the top level before. I highly suggest any Matcha lovers in Bangkok to visit Shinji Matcha. As a matcha lover, this was on my cafes list so I went on a Sunday afternoon. Very busy but the cafe is quite big and there is space upstairs. I took my laptop so I could work a little bit as well. I have ordered a matcha and their Mille feuille crepe (signature dessert). Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. The gentleman at the counter has helped me to choose the matcha. He was very helpful and professional. I trusted his suggestion and I did not regret. I have a preference for seaweed flavoured matcha and this hit the spot. Definitely a spot to try if you love matcha! Thanks to the team! Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
