Ever since I saw the shop's Instagram, I wanted to go there so I decided to visit. It was located in a corner of NPO 88, just as we drove towards the sea from National Route 11. Park your car in the parking lot, walk toward the colorful buses parked on the seaside, and you'll find a brand new building. Climb the stairs and reach the lovely balcony. There is a door to the yakitori restaurant Torishin at night and SHINcafe at lunch. The blended coffee served in a large mug is Blue Spoon's special blend. It has a nice aroma, is easy to drink, and is very delicious. The Vienna coffee with a choice of sweetness has plenty of fresh cream on top. It also smells nice. A plate of freshly baked scones that are so hot that steam comes out from inside when you cut them in half. Crunchy and moist inside. It's very delicious. Choose two out of four types of scones, a refreshing ice cream, and a small cup with strawberry jam and fresh cream. And it also comes with maple syrup. Crisp and fluffy tiramisu. Soft and fluffy? ? It's actually a unique tiramisu with mascarpone cheese sandwiched between craffle dough. The espresso that came with it was served according to your taste, and the texture was interesting and it wasn't too sweet, so it was very delicious. I was soothed by the delicious coffee and dessert while spending time relaxing in a wonderful space. Next time I want to try parfait and terrine too. But next time I'll come hungry. The dessert is also very big (*^^*) Everyone was delicious.
