オススメのSKIRTステーキ800gをオーダーしました。3人いないと食べきれないですね。牛刺のようなのも美味しかったです。扱い牛は、とちぎ牛でした。

セントーサコーヴのWホテル内にあるステーキレストランです。お値段はそこそこします。赤ワインのソースとこのふわふわのブレッドが美味しかったです。

Just had an unforgettable dinner at Skirt! Sylvester, our server, was incredibly knowledgeable about the steak options and confidently recommended the Hokkaido A4 wagyu chateaubriand, which did not disappoint! The manager, Kuai, also took the time to check in on us, showing genuine care and attention to detail. But what really stood out was the entire team's passion for delivering exceptional service - even the Thai waitress (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name) was knowledgeable of the menu, and Chef Zhi Wei took the time to introduce himself and share his culinary vision. It is clear that Skirt's hospitality is truly from the heart! If you are looking for a top-notch dining experience, I highly recommend making a reservation at Skirt Restaurant at W Hotel Sentosa.
