Friends and I came to this bar to attend a valentines music event. Planned to have dinner and a couple of drinks here. The atmosphere was decent and music performances were great. Staff were very kind and amicable as well. However, we were severely disappointed by the waiting time for our food. Ordered 3 plates of carbonara and a side of wings. Half of which took around 1hr 20mins to arrive (after probing multiple times), while the other half never came. Had to leave to get food after a total of 2hrs and 30mins of waiting. We also saw countless other customers who ordered before us, and have yet to receive their food. Staff informed us that there was some sort of miscommunication between the bar and the kitchen below. Highly due to the overwhelming crowd during valentines. Read through old reviews and found out that this is a common occurrence at this bar during certain events. Would not recommend this place until they sort out their manpower/efficiency issue. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there with my group of friends on 14th February 2026 for a Valentine’s Day event hosted by our friend’s band for their one year anniversary. We ordered our drinks first as orders for food will only open from 7:30pm. We placed our orders from 7:40pm however our food was never served and we waited for about 2+ hours (not exaggerating). Our other friends ordered pasta equally and theirs only arrived about an hour and a half later. We all realised that other tables who have ordered before or after have not received their food yet, and waited for it to arrive. Eventually, we all decided to leave and had our late supper just opposite at Vivo City. We found out that the kitchen was located downstairs and the manpower at the rooftop was only 2, which made it impossible for food to be served on time. There was no table number nor a QR code menu for easier tracking, which led to the staffs asking what were our orders multiple times. The Skyfall rooftop bar is a beautiful spot however I do not think it’s a good place to host 100 pax and above. Hopefully reconsideration for a kitchen, assignment of more staffs, a manager etc at the Skyfall Restrobar will be noted for future improvements. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

During Valentine's Day 2026, we went to the restaurant to have the dinner I reserved with my wife, only to be told by the attending lady that our reservation is invalid because we have done it using OpenTable platform. I explained that this platform appeared when I did a search with their restaurant. The lady told us that they have no more business relationship with OpenTable. This incident is unacceptable as it is only proper and responsible that the business ensures a loose end like this with its former contractor be avoided. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
