I had a wonderful experience attending this yoga class. It’s a small, intimate class that’s suitable for all levels, which made it feel very comfortable and inclusive. The teacher, Andy, is knowledgeable and hands-on, offering gentle adjustments and guidance that really helped deepen my practice. The other students were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere. The space itself is calming and serene—perfect for focusing, relaxing, and truly enjoying the practice. I also loved that the place has a cozy coffee shop and a selection of self-help and meditation books, making it a lovely space to slow down, reflect, and spend time even before or after class. Highly recommended.

Suitable for relaxing, the green tea is very good and cheap. I recommend it.

I genuinely mean this: I would return to Khao Lak just for the Iced Cocoa and Matcha at Soul Friend & Spiritual Garden – they are that exceptional! But incredible drinks are only a small part of what makes this place so special. It's a fantastic café, yes, but also a welcoming space for Yoga, sound healing (which we definitely plan to try next time), and simply hanging out. Adding to its unique charm, it offers one of the best shopping experiences nearby, with an extremely well-curated collection of unique and intriguing items. For amazing drinks, wellness activities, or distinctive shopping finds, this place is a highly recommended, multifaceted gem.
