I visited Starbucks this morning and received exceptional service. The barista patiently guided me through the Starbucks app, including mobile ordering and card reloading. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I was especially impressed by her fluent English and the confidence and elegance she showed while assisting Western customers. She truly represents Starbucks’ high standard of customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
