I want to share a very disappointing experience at Starbucks Siam Scape in Bangkok. We were not allowed to purchase any products simply because we wanted to pay in cash and did not have a local Thai card. As foreigners, this felt like an unfriendly and non-inclusive policy, especially for a global brand that is expected to accommodate customers from all over the world. No alternatives or solutions were offered to us; we were simply denied service. Situations like this create a very poor impression and negatively impact the overall customer experience. We hope this policy will be reconsidered and that more flexible payment options will be offered to all customers. Food: 1
