I really love the vibe of this Starbucks Reserve Roastery — it feels completely different from a regular Starbucks. It has more of a premium, reserve-style atmosphere, and you can really see the difference in both the interior design and the drinks. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to slow down and enjoy your time. Today I ordered an iced shaken coffee with an apple flavor (the name was way too long to remember ). It was super refreshing with a light fruity note — perfect for the weather lately. I also got a hot specialty latte, which was smooth, rich, and not bitter at all. For food, I had my all-time favorite — the matcha bacon pasta. The sweet and savory combination is just so good, I pretty much order it every time. I also tried their freshly made egg tart croissant of the day. The outside was crispy and flaky, while the inside had a soft, creamy egg filling — really nice texture overall.
