The Food was sooooo delicios and the Service was one of the greatest i ever had so thoght Full i loved it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Dietary restrictions: You can ask for alle alegies etc

--- Update: Dear Steam&Fire Team, thank you for your kind response to our review. This review is related to the order placed on either December 14 or December 15. We delayed posting this review, as we prefer not to judge a restaurant on a single visit. Nevertheless, our experience compelled us to share it. We may give it another try in the future and hope to share a positive feedback with you. Thank you for understanding. --- Very disappointing experience. But good things first: The Thai staff were friendly and polite, and the marketing is certainly effective — that’s worth one star. However, based on reviews and food reels, we decided to try this restaurant. We ordered one chicken kebab, one beef kebab, and a grilled vegetable mix for about 750 baht (~20 €). What we received: - Both skewers were so small, comparable to an inexpensive 10 Baht street food stick. Nothing like in the reels and photos at all. - The vegetable mix consisted of four! thin slices of zucchini?/eggplant?/bell pepper? We didn't know what it was. - Each dish came with a tiny cup of bell peppers and tomatoes, plus dips for an extra charge! Taste & temperature: - The skewers lacked flavor (no flavor at all) and were difficult to distinguish except by color. - Even after a 2 minute walk back to the hotel, they were already cold, tasting as if reheated. Overall, the food quality, taste and portion size did not match the price point and also the name"Steam & Fire". While the staff were kind, the value simply wasn’t there at all. This is just unacceptable! Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This is absolutely not the experience we want our guests to have, and we regret that you left feeling disappointed. We are grateful that you highlighted the friendliness of our Thai staff – we will definitely pass your kind words on to them. We would like to clarify that everything we show on our Instagram and other social media platforms features real dishes from our menu, exactly as they are served to our guests. That said , it is clear that something did not meet expectations in your case, and we will carefully review this internally. At the same time we have checked our orders from the past week and, unfortunately, could not locate a receipt matching the order details described in your review. For this reason, we would really appreciate it if you could contact us directly so we can verify your visit and properly investigate the situation. We truly do not want guests to leave with such feelings.
