CRITICAL FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION! DISGUSTING REALTITY OF SUBWAY MEGA BANGNA!Avoid ordering from this branch if you care about your health and the health of your children! I ordered food from Subway (Mega Bangna branch) via Grab and found a LIVE WORM crawling inside my sandwich. This is a complete failure of hygiene control and basic food safety standards. What if a child had eaten this? This level of gross negligence is dangerous and absolutely shameful for a global brand. Fix your kitchen before you poison someone! Absolute disaster. The staff is ignoring my chat messages and not replying at all, even though some of the messages have been read; I urgently demand that action be taken. Food: 1

Thank you for your afternoon patronage on 13 May 2026 during 14.12-14.16. After rechecking activity from CCTV, you both purchased 1 sandwich and 2 bottles of water total cost 140baht. Staff did give you correct change of 3 baht coins. Firstly, you gave her 240 baht which she immidiately returned you 100 baht (red bank note). You kept that 100 baht in your wallet. Then she put sales in system, receipt printed, the change drawer opened, she gave you 3 baht coins and receipt.
