If you’re looking for an authentic Thai dining experience in Taiwan, The Sukhothai Restaurant at Sheraton Grand Taipei, is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm ambiance that blends traditional Thai elements with modern elegance. The menu is a delightful journey through Thailand’s rich culinary heritage. Every dish bursts with flavor—from the perfectly balanced Tom Yum soup to the aromatic Green Curry. The Pad Thai is one of the best I’ve had outside of Thailand—tangy, sweet, and cooked to perfection. A special mention must go to Chef Jimmy whose skill and passion for Thai cuisine shine through in every bite. Their attention to detail and commitment to authenticity make Sukhothai Restaurant stand out among other Thai establishments in Taiwan.
