dear management you guys should really send your J8 outlet staff back for training and buck up on customer service etiquette if you wanna go on for a long run. what i've experienced from your staff today is so uncalled for.

Tried the new UNAGI VS HOTATE series at 争鲜gogo recently. The unagi don came with a pretty huge glazed eel over rice while the hotate don had scallops, salmon sashimi and other seafood toppings. Also added the Cheese Unagi Tamagoyaki and Unagi Duo Maki on the side. Convenient spot for a quick Japanese meal and there’s quite a good variety of sushi, donburi and sides to choose from too. initial review: affordable sushi, taste not bad. but the male staff face always like i owe him money. just change the staff and all will be good. edited review: just days after leaving a review, they replied and asked for my contact info. within hours, someone called and apologised for the experience i had. they did not make any excuses, and took responsibility and promised to talk and train the staff again hoping to improve his service attitude. i can't stress how impressed i am with this approach on their service recovery. no, i wasn't offered any vouchers or freebies, but this approach (owning up to their responsibility) is so much better than getting freebies for one time and knowing nothing will be done to improve on their back end. great job on their brand and management.
