Very good service recovery. I often patronise this place because their food is good. This time, I ordered takeaway items and one of them was a noodle soup. When I opened the container, I realised the noodles were missing. I sent a video to them and received a call almost immediately to apologise for the kitchen’s mistake. A few hours later, the branch in charge called again and offered a refund. Appreciate the prompt response and responsible handling of the situation. Best fish soup I've had in Singapore. The soup stock has very deep flavours, fish slices were fresh and pork/fish patties were satisfying. Fried fish head soup is generous, with nice wine flavour. All paired with lurou fan and their own sambal chilli. Very shiok Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Fish soup is nice. But fish soup always comes with a lot of meatball a little of fish. For those who don’t like meat like me, really can’t finish the meatball and I feel wasted.
