For Italians, food is not just an indispensable means of sustenance necessary to live, but a target. It is one of the greatest pleasures in existence. Italian cuisine has hundreds of years of history and requires knowledge, good taste, passion, curiosity, open-mindedness, love and much more to express itself at its best and to be appreciated. It is not just about food, but there is so much more. Being able to produce typical Italian products at home such as Tagliatelle, Trofie, Mozzarella, Salami, Bread, Grissini, Gelato and much more is really difficult in Thailand and a great .... enormous pride and satisfaction for us. We are not talking about business, but about something else. Because the greatest satisfaction is to realize that there are people like you who grasp these nuances, who appreciate these flavors and who understand that it is not about money, but about love and passion. The greatest satisfaction we can have is seeing someone who, like you, really loves and appreciates the true and original Italian cuisine. Since we do not look to large numbers and big business, but to the quality of customers, we have long ago decided to refuse children in the restaurant and to work only by reservation.
