We would like to clarify the situation to ensure fairness for all parties.first of all we are apologizing again for this situation The concern raised was about ants found only on the outer pineapple peel, not in the food itself. The dish had already been almost completely consumed (with only two bites remaining) before this was reported. Nevertheless, we sincerely offered to remake the same dish for you immediately.However, the offer was declined. Instead, there was a request to cancel the charge for the dish that had already been nearly finished, and to change to a different, more expensive menu item including additional seafood. Unfortunately, this request goes beyond what we can reasonably accept.When we were unable to accommodate this, the situation escalated further with a request to cancel the rice in bill, which we could not agree to.We have not encountered a situation like this before. We always aim to act fairly and responsibly, and we are happy to fix genuine issues. At the same time, we kindly ask for mutual understanding and respect.Thank you for your understanding.
