I tried the oyster menu at Saboten and was very impressed. The oysters were fresh, plump, and perfectly prepared, with no fishy smell at all. The texture was clean and delicate, and they paired really well with the dipping sauce provided. As always, the quality of the food was excellent, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. A great place if you’re looking for premium Japanese food with consistent quality. Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
