Had a great experience at Saboten. They really know how to make a great tonkatsu. So many options on their menu including different meats and seafood. I went with the thick cut tonkatsu. It was very juicy as it had some fatty parts to it. I tried some of the other regular ones and they were more dry and lean. I do appreciate that they give you a lot of side dishes including a cabbage salad which can all be refilled. Definitely adds balance to a heavy meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200–400
