this place, walking distance from my house, is relatively new; it is what it looks like, a bar; friendly, english-speaking staff; lots of alcohol; basic non-backed chairs ('stools') ; i brought my own foldout chair ; ok prices ; pretty , smart young woman manager; overpriced small beer bottles only; typical thai ripoff technique; not far from the intersection and its shrines *** update 20230423: the business has moved, nothing remains; sign on closed door ** update 20260218 this is now an SPX Express sorting center
