Great location and not so bad food, but service was very poor and very bad. Not sure where girl waitress was from, looks like from Burma as the they always struggle with English, but my wife was having hard time getting her food order right and my brother was given wrong drink after few attempts to explain what he wants. The rest of the staff was nice, but girl that served us seems completely lost and struggling to get our order right. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Sahara Bar & Restaurant is one of my favourite places to eat whenever I’m in Singapore. The food is consistently delicious, the service is warm and welcoming, and the riverside atmosphere at Boat Quay makes every visit memorable. I ordered the grilled chicken served with fragrant rice and a fresh Turkish salad. The chicken was perfectly grilled tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavour. The rice was light and aromatic, while the fresh Turkish salad added a refreshing crunch that balanced the meal beautifully. I also had the Lychee Virgin Mojito, and it was incredibly refreshing. The combination of lychee, fresh mint, lime, and soda made it the perfect drink to enjoy. I also ordered a turkish dessert, and it was the highlight of the meal. The crispy shredded pastry, warm melted cheese, sweet syrup, and cream created the perfect balance of textures and flavours. It was rich without being overly sweet, and it’s a dessert I would happily order again. Overall, an amazing dining experience from start to finish. Honestly, II you’re looking for authentic Turkish food in Singapore, I highly recommend.
