Little place in the Manulif building looks like a cheap little local outlet but the food is very fresh, big and tasty. The prices are very reasonable and the range of Vietnamese food can be fit for anyone. The seating is clean and the staff although they don’t speak much English they are very helpful. Portions are big for what you pay so one order can be enough for your lunch
