朝ごはんの種類少ないし、コロナ対策も出来ていない。スタッフは不親切。オレンジジュースさえ無い。これが5つ星ホテル？

朝食をいただきましたがとにかく景色が素晴らしいです。ビュッフェもまずまず美味しく最高の朝が迎えられました。朝食のあとは日が出てきたのでインフィニティプールでのんびりしました。

Mass processing - poor service - average food. Too loud and too crowded. Lying on the beach much too narrow. Annoying and loud sound with different music styles from several sides. Room service is a disaster. And I'm rating a 5*resort here.Unfortunately, apart from a few exceptions, there are no Thai staff to be found in this hotel, which has an immense effect on the warmth and atmosphere that you are accustomed to in Thailand. In none of my 10 high-level trips to Thailand have I ever experienced such poor service. Full tables, staff untrained and sometimes very listless.Breakfast is only offered for room guests (a big mistake!!) in the Saaitara-Restaurant at the Infinity-Pool (we paid over 200€ for the room). The spits are unfortunately not very varied and boring - the typical freshly prepared Thai soup for breakfast is unfortunately not available. We expected more from this 5* resort.But when the extremely important manager in a white shirt never greets the guests in the Saaitara restaurant, this already says a lot about the idea of service. We were shocked that this "important" person in knows every morning (!) gets a table full of breakfast goods from the buffet loaded by his own staff, eats breakfast with the guests and receives reports from the 2nd most important man in the green shirt (standing).After 8 days always the same breakfast we changed on the remaining days to the restaurant Chantara, where actually only villa guests have breakfast. We learned by chance that breakfast is also offered there - of course with surcharge for room guests. But we were happy to pay the supplement. The difference was both overwhelming and frightening. In the Chantara, friendliness and nice conversations with the Thai staff (because this is where the qualified staff work), covered tables, peace, live cooking, changing dishes and the missing Thai soup for breakfast - and managers who check on everything and help out - hach how nice the morning can start.Unfortunately, the guest in this resort is only exchangeable mass-produced goods. 5* completely undeserved and in no case recommended.But for the gigantic view and the fantastic location there is a star after all!
