Yesterday after shopping my husband and I decided to have our coffee break at the Amazon cafe.We sat and watched an elderly gentleman pick up a tray and put two cakes on it at your shop.It was obvious he was rather shaky and as he stood in the queue at the counter waiting to be served he dropped his tray. He managed to pick it up plus his cakes and handed it to the cashier. Just at that moment a young boy behind the counter took the tray and binned them and went and got fresh cakes for the gentleman, put them in a bag and handed them to him. I just thought what a kind gesture. Lovely boy and it was so nice to see the old gentleman walk away with his cakes very happy. I think you have lovely staff working there and should be praised .
