While the products are excellent and of high quality, I found that the service provided by the baking staff did not meet expectations. The staff did not follow proper service procedures and lacked professional engagement with customers. This made my overall experience less pleasant, and I have noticed that similar negative feedback has been shared by others as well. I believe Yamazaki maintains a strong standard of customer service, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to further improve service quality in the future.
