This was our third visit to Saint Pierre, and as with both previous occasions, it was excellent. The service was professional and friendly, and the food was excellent. One of their new menu items was duck with buah keluak, which worked exceptionally well. Wine recommendations were great. What we have always enjoyed about Saint Pierre is the fact that they cater to a host of dietary restrictions, such as non-dairy (and many others). There are so few fine dining restaurants in Singapore which care about this, and Saint Pierre has always paid special attention to these restrictions, and this is why they have become our favourite fine dining restaurant to go to. I give the restaurant, food, and staff my highest recommendation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Vegetarian options: Chef is vegetarian, and they have their own special vegetarian menu. This does not mean his meat dishes are lacking. Quite the opposite! Dietary restrictions: They have an extensive list of what they can cater for. They will work with you, and those with dietary restrictions should not feel like they are missing out in any way. Parking space: Plenty of parking
