I barely had any sleep after waking up early to travel from jeju to busan, and decided to let the laziness in me take over by heading to the closest restaurant. I sauntered into a random hole-in-the-wall place not expecting much. There, I was greeted by a beautiful symphony of flavours. I had the pork and beef rosé su-ji, beef tendon salad and omija highball. The owner then slapped some pasta onto the leftover rosé sauce as service. I don’t even like creamy pastas. In fact, I religiously eat aglio olio as I believed it was simply the superior option. My skepticism was confounded upon the first bite. I’m now a believer in the Church of Rosé. The owner decided that to sleep well, I had to have a food coma. He gave us yet another service - frozen persimmons with ricota cheese. I then decided to soak in the atmosphere and headed up to the rooftop, omija highball in hand. TLDR; pls go eat, 5/5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
