If you’re in the Tianmu area of Taipei, this is my favorite Japanese restaurant. The sushi is exceptional, the service is outstanding, and even the clientele adds to the experience. Every time I return to Taipei, I make it a point to come here—it’s always a special experience. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and the staff provides top-notch service throughout. Sitting at the sushi bar, I had the chance to meet a few longtime regulars, which really speaks to the warm, family-like atmosphere—something that’s rare and memorable.
