We've visited many Saizeriya branches in Hong Kong, but this was our most disappointing experience. The sunny side up egg on the hamburg looked terrible, and when we asked about it, the staff said it was a “new recipe.” Even the table next to us left their eggs untouched. The pizza was underbaked, the pasta watery and bland, and the lamb chops lacked seasoning. Our kids were really let down. We don’t usually write negative reviews, but this one was necessary. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
