We had a great experience at the restaurant, thanks especially to Betty, the Assistant Manager, Jenny and Shermaine. From the moment we arrived, they are warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. What stood out most were their positive attitude and professionalism even during busy periods. Service like theirs really elevates the whole dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As casual Italian quick service restaurant, it serves the target diner profile well except food and service standards. Lunch set at $9.00 nett available on weekdays till 5:00 PM is the best choice. Go ala carte for specific food category like salad, soup, appetiser, doria, grill, wine, and dessert. Saizeirya's Original Recipe Chicken Wing is a must if you are going for full course. Grilled Salmon, Salmon Doria, and soups are safe choices but subject to standard deviation during preparation in the kitchen. Went here for a quick lunch and had the black pepper chicken and a garlic cheese focaccia. Service was fast and it's v affordable - food court level. The focaccia was not v nice. Very flat and not airy but dry. Taste was just okay. The pasta was decent though. Cooked al dente and actually tasted nice. Obviously it's not the best pasta around but for the price it's completely fine for a quick meal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
