As a loyal Saizeriya Tampines customer for over 4 years, I am extremely disappointed by the service I received today. I ordered a lunch set and noticed that my salad had little to no dressing. When I politely asked Michelle for some extra dressing, she responded rudely, saying that we were “practically getting the salad for free” and implied that we should not be commenting about it. When she eventually brought the dressing, she loudly said, “Extra dressing for your small salad,” in a sarcastic and embarrassing manner. What should have been a simple customer request was treated as if we were asking for something unreasonable. This was especially disappointing because we have always enjoyed the food and service here. Thankfully, the other staff members, especially the cashier and an older auntie, were kind and professional. Unfortunately, Michelle’s attitude completely overshadowed an otherwise pleasant lunch experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I enjoy and really like Saizeriya's Milano Doria the most, but for today I decided to get the Cheese Ravioli that was on the same page. However, I was really disappointed with the portion of the ravioli. Infact, 1 side of the plate was just cheese with no ravioli.. I know its Saizeriya but come on the menu picture and what you served was different. Unfortunately I did not take a photo so its just my word of mouth. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

There was a small mix-up with the orders as two tables were assigned the same table number, but Shen handled it very professionally and made sure the bills were split correctly. Really appreciated his helpfulness and excellent customer service. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
