Horrible lead person (lady dresses like a man) over the counter whom nearly got into a fight, tense overall atmosphere, lots of yelling across and unnecessary greeting of customers in a loud and insincere way which terrible affected the eating experience. Some other ground staffs are doing a decent job but that itself wasn’t significant enough to compensate. Immediate change is needed for the lead of the shop if not be prepared for more horrible reviews rapidly coming you way. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Get what you pay at the Japanese chain restaurant which serves Italian dishes, it is the uniqueness of the restaurant. Please do not expect too much on the dishes taste, it just decent. However, the serving waiting time is quite fast and the restaurant ambience is good. Great place to bring children enjoying their Italian foods. The short hair auntie who manned the cashier at 7.29pm on 05 May 2024 Sun was really hostile , this was my transaction detail: Fr DBS: A card txn of SGD27.10 from DBS/POSB card at SAIZERIYA - NEX SINGAPORE SGP on 05 MAY 19:27 (SGT) was completed. First she came to verify that we ordered 2 drinks as only 1 kid drink went through and I told her that yes because my girl’s busy on the phone and her order never went through yet and so she is scared that we will go off without paying the bill? So she hurry add the drink to the order and that is fine. ( First time encountered such kiasu behaviour.) However when I made the payment at the cashier , she show a black face and never even offered the receipt or what. I’ve been through to so many saizeriya outlet , this auntie attitude is really the worst.
