We ordered over grab and rang to inquire as to whether the order had been dispatched. The person who answered the phone got agitated and was shouting and hung up on us. Never experienced something like this before. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came to the new location,, next to Chapel close For lunch around1250. The place was pretty empty. Only one other couple. Service was extremely slow. Took about 20 mins to serve the food. Ordered the value meal at 9.90. All the dishes were pre-cooked except for the salmon. Salmon was dry and overcooked. The rice was nice though. Played old songs from the 80s...which does not match a Japanese restaurant. The ambience does not feel like a Sakae Sushi that was known for green theme and nice furniture. This outlet looks like a cafe apart from the frog statues .. nothing like Sakae Sushi. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
