Hidden sake bar in Central with a huge selection. The staff are super nice and recommended Asahi Taka (same brewery as 14th gen) and Hibi Yamada Nishiki. Cozy and quiet vibe. Don't miss their snacks menu too – perfect with sake! Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried the Matsunotsukasa series from Shiga — the blue label was elegant and fruity, the black label had more depth, and the white label was easy-drinking. Also enjoyed the Yoshikyo junmai nama sake.
