Got my receipt upon ordering the food, and there was a remark written on the top right hand corner stating “India girl”. This is seriously unacceptable. Next time, if you wanna dine at Sakon Thai @ Northpoint, please present your IC. Especially if you are an Indian because according to #sakonthai, all Indians are from india. Furthermore, I’m extremely disappointed with the restaurant manager, Ben. When confronted, he tried to justify himself and pushed the blame on his staff.

Went to the newly open Northpoint branch. Our order was keyed in wrongly even when the service staff confirmed it with us. Went to the service staff to get it corrected but the food served is still wrong. Instead of helping us to change to the correct order, they avoided it and ignore us. Food not as authentic as they said to be.
