Amazing experience! The personnel was super professional and so kind! The food was delicious, prepared with care and cheaper than tourist restaurants ! I highly recommend it, it is a great restaurant ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ฿200–400

Today we had a very unpleasant experience with the bill at this restaurant. We were given two separate bills, one for food and one for drinks. The correct total was 1,390 THB. However, the waitress showed us a handwritten total of 1,990 THB and pointed at it several times to make sure I understood that this was supposedly the amount we had to pay. I gave her 1,990 THB and we left. While walking away, I realized that the amount seemed much higher than expected, so we returned and asked to see the bills again. The total was actually 1,390 THB. Moreover, one of the figures on the bill appeared to have been corrected/altered. The waitress then returned the money I had originally given her, and I counted out 1,390 THB again to pay the correct amount. Since I had originally paid 1,990 THB, I should have had 600 THB left. Only after we had left the restaurant again did I realize that I had just 360 THB in my hand. So another 240 THB was missing from the money that had been returned to me. The food itself was fine, but unfortunately this experience completely ruined our impression of the restaurant. I strongly recommend checking your bill carefully, calculating the total yourself, and counting all cash and change before leaving.

First of all, we must apologize for misunderstanding, The actual amount to be paid is 1,350 baht. But your are have paid a bill of 1,850 baht, After that you leave our restaurant without any question. Our staff think your are giving them some TIP. Our employees are honest and have been working with us for many years. Is it possible that you are seeing the number 1350 as an 1850?. In the 20 years we have been in business, we have never had any issues with employee fraud. We hope you have a wonderful time during your stay in koh samui.
